Holman has been a licensed real estate agent for 18 years, and is a member of the Licking County Board of REALTORS®, Ohio Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Columbus Multiple Listing Service, and the Multiple Listing Service of Licking County.

Holman and her husband reside in Newark. They have three children and five grandchildren. Holman is a member of Marne United Methodist Church.
