Licking County’s average homes sold price was $167,256 for the
first six months of this year, up 3.5% over Jan. – June of 2014. There were 1,051 existing homes and
condominiums sold in this year’s first six months, up 9.0% from the same time
period last year.
Homes sold in the first six months of this year, had spent
an average of 78 days on market (from listing to close), down 16.1% from 93
days for the first six months of 2014.
For the first six months of this year, there were 1,629 new
listings, up 3.8% from Jan. – June of 2014.
There were 305 new listings in June, down 6.2 percent from June 2014. The
inventory of homes and condos for sale in Licking County was 768 at the end of
June, with a 4.0 months supply of inventory.
The average sold price of a Licking County home during the
month of June was $179,878, which is a 2.5 percent gain over June 2014. There were 232 homes sold in Licking County in
June, a 2.7 percent increase over June 2014.
