LC Home Prices and Solds Continue to Increase

Licking County home sales and sold prices continue to increase. Licking County saw 1,730 single family and condominium homes sell from January through October this year, a 1.6 percent increase from the same period last year. The average sold price over the first ten months of the year was $161,977, up 7.2 percent from the same period last year.
 

New listings are down this year, with 2,623 homes coming on the market from Jan. through Oct., down 7.7 percent from the same period last year.

The average days on market for a house until sale was down 5.7 percent, to 83 days on market from Jan. to Oct., compared to 88 days the same period last year.

The inventory of homes for sale is 907, with a 5.3 month’s supply of inventory.

Andrea Vogelmeier and Aaron Parks Earn Top Agent Honors

CENTURY 21 Frank Frye Real Estate has named Realtor Andrea Vogelmeier as its top Sales Associate of the Month for October, and Realtor Aaron Parks as its top Sales Associate for September.

 

Parks was also named Second Sales Associate for Oct, and Realtor Jesse Ours named Third Sales Associate for Oct.

For Sept., Realtor Ric Lahmers was named Second Sales Associate, and Realtor Mitch Fellows was named Third Sales Associate.   

The awards are based on monthly sales volume.
