Licking County home sales prices continue to rise.
Licking County’s average sold price for single family and
condominium homes sold in Jan. was $149,771, up 10.1 percent from Jan. 2014. Licking
County saw 91 single family and condominium homes sell in Jan., a 20.9 percent
decrease over Jan. 2014.
New listings were up in Jan., with 171 homes coming on the market,
up 8.9 percent from Jan. 2014.
The average days on market for a house until sale was down 14
percent, to 80 days on market at the end of Jan., compared to 93 days in Jan.
2014.
The inventory of homes for sale at the end of Jan. was 687,
with a 3.9 month’s supply of inventory.
