Lahmers Earns LCBR $10 Million Award

CENTURY 21 Frank Frye Real Estate is pleased to announce REALTOR® Ric Lahmers has received the $10 Million Dollar Award from the Licking County Board of REALTORS®. This prestigious award signifies that Lahmers has sold more than $10 Million worth of real estate transactions over the last 10 years.

Lahmers (pictured with his wife Laura) joined CENTURY 21 Frank Frye Real Estate in 2009, and has been a REALTOR®/Auctioneer since 1983. Lahmers sells real estate the conventional way and also sells real estate at auction, including Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural properties. Lahmers is a Certified Estate Specialist (CES), and a graduate of Missouri Auction School. He has auctioned real estate in many areas in Ohio.

Gretchen Rigsby and her family have resided in Heath for the last 12 years, and she’s originally from Buffalo, NY. Rigsby attended Ohio University and Hondros College. CENTURY 21 International and CENTURY 21 Greater Ohio Broker Council recently awarded CENTURY 21 Frank Frye Real Estate with 10 awards at the CENTURY 21 Greater Ohio Broker Council Awards Dinner held April 10 at Cherry Valley Lodge.

CENTURY 21 International honored CENTURY 21 Frank Frye Real Estate with its prestigious Quality Service Award for customer service given to Clients in transactions that closed in 2009. REALTORS Frank Frye, Kim Thomson, and Aaron Parks earned individual CENTURY 21 Quality Service Agent Awards.
