Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate Earns 18 Century 21 Awards

Century 21 International and Century 21 Greater Ohio Broker Council recently awarded Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate with 18 sales awards at the Century 21 Greater Ohio Broker Council Awards Dinner held March 28 at Cherry Valley Lodge.

 

Century 21 International honored Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate with its prestigious Quality Service Pinnacle Award for the sixth consecutive year. The Quality Service Pinnacle Award is for quality customer service given to Clients. Realtors Aaron Parks, Eric Hall, Jodie Greene, Frank Frye, and Phil Frye earned individual Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Awards for receiving the award consecutive years. Realtor Vanessa Beneze received her first Century 21 Quality Service Award.

 

“We’re very excited and humbled to be honored by our Clients for our customer service year after year,” said Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate General Manager Phil Frye. “We’re also very proud of our Realtors who were honored for their sales accomplishments.”

 

Century 21 International also honored Realtor Aaron Parks for earning the Masters Ruby Producer Award based on sales production. Century 21 Greater Ohio Broker Council awarded a Platinum Sales Achievement Award to Cynthia Corder, Denise Keefe, and Vanessa Beneze. A Gold Sales Achievement Award went to Ric Lahmers. Silver Sales Achievement Awards went to Kim Thomson, Eric Hall, Jodie Greene, Frank Frye, and Phil Frye. Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate rewarded Vanessa Beneze with its Rookie of the Year Award, and Jodie Greene received the Most Improved Realtor Award.

LC Home Sale Prices Continue to Increase

The average sale price of a Licking County single family home and condominium during the month of February was $168,611, which is a 14.7 percent gain over February 2014. Industry experts believe the higher home sold prices are attributed to a lack of homes for sale.

 

The inventory of homes and condos for sale in Licking County was 651 at the end of February, with a 3.7 months supply of inventory. There were 185 new listings in February, down 2.1 percent from February 2014.

There were 123 homes sold in Licking County in February, a 0.8 percent increase over February 2014. Homes sold in February, had spent an average of 102 days on market (from listing to close), down from 118 days in February 2014.

LC Home Sale Prices Continue to Rise in 2015!

Licking County home sales prices continue to rise.

Licking County’s average sold price for single family and condominium homes sold in Jan. was $149,771, up 10.1 percent from Jan. 2014. Licking County saw 91 single family and condominium homes sell in Jan., a 20.9 percent decrease over Jan. 2014.

New listings were up in Jan., with 171 homes coming on the market, up 8.9 percent from Jan. 2014.

The average days on market for a house until sale was down 14 percent, to 80 days on market at the end of Jan., compared to 93 days in Jan. 2014.

The inventory of homes for sale at the end of Jan. was 687, with a 3.9 month’s supply of inventory.

LC Homes Sales and Prices Continued to Rise in 2014!

Licking County home sales and sold prices continue to increase. Licking County saw 2,034 single family and condominium homes sell in 2014, a 2.7 percent increase over 2013. The average sold price over the year was $161,329, up 7.7 percent from 2013.
 

New listings were down in 2014, with 2,871 homes coming on the market, down 8.8 percent from 2013.

The average days on market for a house until sale was down 6.7 percent, to 83 days on market in 2014, compared to 89 days in 2013.

The inventory of homes for sale at the end of 2014 was 711, with a 4.1 month’s supply of inventory.
