LC's Homes Sold Prices Continue to Climb!

Licking County’s average homes sold price was $161,165 for the first four months of this year, up 7.4% over Jan. – April of 2014.  There were 549 existing homes and condominiums sold in this year’s first four months, up 1.9% from the same time period last year. 
 
There were 333 new listings in April, up 12.5 percent from April 2014. For the first four months of this year, there were 990 new listings, up 7.6% from Jan. – April of 2014.  The inventory of homes and condos for sale in Licking County was 717 at the end of April, with a 3.9 months supply of inventory.
 
The average sold price of a Licking County home during the month of April was $171,405, which is a 2.2 percent gain over April 2014.  There were 171 homes sold in Licking County in April, a 5.6 percent increase over April 2014. Homes sold in the first four months of this year, had spent an average of 91 days on market (from listing to close), down 11.7% from 103 days in April 2014.

Home Sales and Prices Keep Rising in LC!

Licking County’s average home sold price was $156,492 for the first quarter of this year, up 10.1% over the first quarter of 2014. There were 374 existing homes and condominiums sold in this year’s first quarter, down .5% from last year’s first quarter when there were 376 homes sold.  
 
The inventory of homes and condos for sale in Licking County was 680 at the end of March, with a 3.8 months supply of inventory. There were 295 new listings in March, up 6.5 percent from March 2014.  
The average sale price of a Licking County home during the month of March was $152,177, which is a 6.6 percent gain over March 2014.  There were 157 homes sold in Licking County in March, a 12.9 percent increase over March 2014. Homes sold in March, had spent an average of 83 days on market (from listing to close), down 27.8% from 115 days in March 2014.

Century 21 International and Century 21 Greater Ohio Broker Council recently awarded Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate with 18 sales awards at the Century 21 Greater Ohio Broker Council Awards Dinner held March 28 at Cherry Valley Lodge.
 
Century 21 International honored Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate with its prestigious Quality Service Pinnacle Award for the sixth consecutive year. The Quality Service Pinnacle Award is for quality customer service given to Clients. Realtors Aaron Parks, Eric Hall, Jodie Greene, Frank Frye, and Phil Frye earned individual Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Awards for receiving the award consecutive years. Realtor Vanessa Beneze received her first Century 21 Quality Service Award.
