Licking County home and condo sold prices continue to rise,
according to the Columbus REALTORS® Multiple Listing System (MLS). The average
sold price for Licking County homes sold from Jan. to Nov. 2013 was $150,301, a
3.4% increase over the same period last year.
In Licking County, 1,831 homes sold from Jan. to Nov. 2013,
a 17.2% increase over the same period last year.
The average days on market for a Licking County house until
sale was 83 days from Jan. to Nov. 2013, a 15.3% decrease over the same period
last year.
The number of Licking County home listings coming on the
market from Jan. to Nov. 2013, was 3,018, a 14.8% increase over the same period
last year.
The number of Licking County home listings going into
contract in Nov. totaled 147.
The inventory of homes for sale in Licking County in Nov. was
1,008, with 6.1 months supply of inventory.
