Licking County saw 2,466 single-family and condominium home sales in 2016, up 7.7 percent from 2015 (2,289). Licking County’s average homes sold price was $175,718 in 2015, up 4.8% over 2015.   

Licking County homes sold in 2016, had spent an average of 52 days on market (from listing to close), down 26.8% from 71 days for 2015.

For 2016, there were 2,907 new listings, down 1.6% from 2015.
