Home Sales Prices Continue to Rise in the LC!

Licking County home sales and sold prices continue to increase. Licking County saw 1,869 single family and condominium homes sell from January through November this year, a 1.4 percent increase from the same period last year. The average sold price over the first 11 months of the year was $161,856, up 7.7 percent from the same period last year.
 
New listings are down this year, with 2,763 homes coming on the market from Jan. through Nov., down 8.5 percent from the same period last year.
The average days on market for a house until sale was down 6.7 percent, to 83 days on market from Jan. to Nov., compared to 89 days the same period last year.
The inventory of homes for sale is 823, with a 4.8 month’s supply of inventory.
