LC Homes Sales and Prices Continued to Rise in 2014!

Licking County home sales and sold prices continue to increase. Licking County saw 2,034 single family and condominium homes sell in 2014, a 2.7 percent increase over 2013. The average sold price over the year was $161,329, up 7.7 percent from 2013.
 
New listings were down in 2014, with 2,871 homes coming on the market, down 8.8 percent from 2013.
The average days on market for a house until sale was down 6.7 percent, to 83 days on market in 2014, compared to 89 days in 2013.
The inventory of homes for sale at the end of 2014 was 711, with a 4.1 month’s supply of inventory.
