It was a true pleasure working with the Sellers for this house at 695 Robinson Dr. in Newark. The Sellers are Brother and Sister and had a lot of great memories of this house which once belonged to their Grandparents.

 

It brought back a lot of great memories of going to my Grandparents house with my Sister when we were growing up. It seemed like we would spend almost every weekend we could with our Grandparents.

LC Home Sales & Prices Keep Rising!

Licking County home sales and sold prices continue to increase. Licking County saw 731 single family and condominium homes sell from January through May this year, a 2.2 percent increase over last year. The average sold price over the first five months of the year was $156,529, up 7.7 percent over last year.

New listings are down this year, with 1,242 homes coming on the market from Jan. through May, down 14.5 percent from the same period last year.

The average days on market for a house until sale was down 4 percent, to 96 days on market from Jan. to May 2013, compared to 100 days the same period last year.

The inventory of homes for sale is 868, with a 4.9 month’s supply of inventory.

LC's Home Sales Stats Continue to Rise in 2014!

350 N Patrick Dr. in Newark went into contract in Feb. and closed in March.

Licking County home sales are holding steady with 235 single family homes having sold from Jan. - Feb. of this year, a 15.2% increase over the same period last year. The average sold price the first two months of this year was $143,429, a 10.9% increase over the same period last year.

 

Licking County's days on market is down 3.6%, with it taking on average 107 days for a house to sell from the listing to closing dates. 

 

New listings were down with only 347 single family homes going up for sale from Jan. - Feb. of this year, down 21.1% from the same period last year. Licking County's inventory of homes for sale is 819, indicating a 4.7 months supply of inventory.
