Home Sales Prices Continue to Rise in the LC!

Licking County home sales and sold prices continue to increase. Licking County saw 1,869 single family and condominium homes sell from January through November this year, a 1.4 percent increase from the same period last year. The average sold price over the first 11 months of the year was $161,856, up 7.7 percent from the same period last year.

 

New listings are down this year, with 2,763 homes coming on the market from Jan. through Nov., down 8.5 percent from the same period last year.

The average days on market for a house until sale was down 6.7 percent, to 83 days on market from Jan. to Nov., compared to 89 days the same period last year.

The inventory of homes for sale is 823, with a 4.8 month’s supply of inventory.

LC Home Prices and Solds Continue to Increase

Licking County home sales and sold prices continue to increase. Licking County saw 1,730 single family and condominium homes sell from January through October this year, a 1.6 percent increase from the same period last year. The average sold price over the first ten months of the year was $161,977, up 7.2 percent from the same period last year.
 

New listings are down this year, with 2,623 homes coming on the market from Jan. through Oct., down 7.7 percent from the same period last year.

The average days on market for a house until sale was down 5.7 percent, to 83 days on market from Jan. to Oct., compared to 88 days the same period last year.

The inventory of homes for sale is 907, with a 5.3 month’s supply of inventory.

Licking County saw 1,535 single family and condominium homes sell from January through September this year, a 0.8 percent increase from the same period last year. The average sold price over the first nine months of the year was $160,756, up 6.4 percent from the same period last year.

New listings are down this year, with 2,414 homes coming on the market from Jan. through Sept., down 7.6 percent from the same period last year.

The average days on market for a house until sale was down 5.6 percent, to 84 days on market from Jan. to Sept., compared to 89 days the same period last year.
